Are you an experienced chef or Cook? Do you have attention to detail and an emphasis on food presentation? Do you have a strong ethic and ability to work in a team, then we would like to meet you. The right applicant must have neat presentation and strong communication skills. We are looking for a casual or a part time candidate. A great salary will be negotiated for the successful applicant. 

  • $25 per hour for casual staff + superannuation

  • Permanent part time position available for 20 hours per week

  • We offer staff meals, discounts on retail products and dining.

  • To work efficiently and assist in food preparation and production.

  • You will need to prepare ingredients for cooking, which include portioning, food preparation, storing food and checking daily to ensure minimal wastage.

  • Your role will include the provision of a consistently high standard of food production and service within a busy environment.

Successful applicants must have:

  • Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery is essential

  • Relevant previous experience

  • Hold a food hygiene and food safety standards Certificate

  • Strong communication and team cooperation skills

  • To be able to work efficiently and safely

  • Friendly, ability to work independently, passionate

  • Minimum requirement, a Cert II in Kitchen Operations
